Elevator Preventive Maintenance – Detailed Scope of Services
PRICING: $450-$550
$225 an hour - typically a 2 hour job
1. Safety System Inspection & Testing

Inspect and test door interlocks (car & hoistway)

Verify proper operation of safety edges/light curtains

Test emergency stop switches
-
Test alarm bell and communication system (phone or intercom)

Inspect pit stop switch and light

Check overspeed governor condition and tension

Inspect safety jaws and linkage

Verify proper operation of terminal stopping devices

Test fire service Phase I recall operation
